From foaming cleansers to exfoliating scrubs and gels, there are countless options in the world of facial cleansers. Although it’s easy to assume that they all achieve the same end result of clean skin, you can determine which cleanser is best for your skin with the following skin type specific tips.
Dry/Sensitive Look for cleansers that have a combination of natural oils in them because they slip across the skin very well and they don’t irritate the capillary walls like our apricot cleansing lotion. If you prefer a foaming cleanser and your skin is sensitive, it’s better to use a cleanser that foams up on its own like our african red tea foaming cleanser to avoid over-drying.
Oily Foaming gels are best for this skin type because they remove excess oils from the skin. Our aloe vera deep cleanser is ideal for skin that is prone to blackheads and eruptions because it doesn’t strip the skin.
Combination/Normal Any gel cleanser is suitable for combination skin. Our on the go cleanser will lift away any dead skin cells to give your skin a luminous glow.
